The average residential project normally takes around 4 days from start to finish. The installation process includes the lift and safe disposal of the old flooring in situ, preparation of the subfloor should it be required, the laying of any underlay’s, the timber flooring, and then all accessories, again should they be required. The installation team can fit the floors by floating down, where the floor is rested on top of an underlay, sticking down, where the floor is bonded directly to the sub floor, and no underlay can be used, likewise if the floor is nailed down to the sub floor, no underlay can be used, and the sub floor has to be of a product able to take a nail.

Our installation teams are also fully experienced in the commercial sector, having installed flooring into leading West End department stores, restaurants and nightclubs, and we are fully aware of the importance of installing on time and in specification, and we do 24 hour installation where required.
